Nos complace anunciar que se encuentra abierto el plazo para el envío de propuestas de charlas (talks) y talleres (workshops) para la ROSCon España 2026, que en esta edición se celebrará en la ciudad de Valencia durante los días 27 y 28 de octubre.

Este congreso constituye el evento de referencia nacional monográfico sobre ROS (Robot Operating System). La ROSCon España es una oportunidad excelente para compartir desarrollos, herramientas, mejores prácticas y experiencias reales con el ecosistema de software robótico más extendido del mundo. Buscamos propuestas técnicas y prácticas de investigadores, profesionales, estudiantes y empresas que aporten valor a la comunidad.

Temas de interés (centrados en ROS/ROS 2):

• Aplicaciones industriales y casos de éxito con ROS.
• Navegación, control y sistemas autónomos basados en ROS.
• Manipulación robótica y percepción.
• Herramientas de simulación, gemelos digitales y testing en ROS.
• Integración de ROS con Inteligencia Artificial y Edge Computing.
• Nuevos paquetes, herramientas de desarrollo y buenas prácticas de programación.
• Proyectos educativos y de investigación basados en ROS.

Formatos de participación:

1. Charlas Técnicas (Talks): Presentaciones de entre 10 y 20 minutos sobre proyectos, paquetes o metodologías.
2. Talleres (Workshops): Sesiones prácticas y guiadas enfocadas al aprendizaje directo.

Las propuestas serán seleccionadas entre todas las candidaturas recibidas y el requisito mínimo es que hagan uso de ROS.

Además, para aquellas entidades interesadas, existen diferentes modalidades de patrocinio y exposición. Adjuntamos al correo el dossier con la información correspondiente.

Comité Organizador de la ROSCon España 2026

The Sociedad Española para la Investigación y desarrollo en Robótica (SEIDROB) and the Sociedade Portuguesa de Robótica (SPR) convene a prize for the best Iberian PhD Thesis in the field of Robotics for students who have defended their PhD in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 academic courses, until July 31, 2017.

The prize is endowed with 600 euros for the winner; winner and finalist will also receive an accrediting diploma.

The innovation contributed by the work as well as the experimental validation of the results and the number and quality of the (accepted) publications that have emerged from the PhD that have as authors the student author of the work and the advisor will be evaluated.

NOTE: The student must be a SEIDROB or a SPR student member for the year 2017. The advisor must be an individual SEIDROB or SPR member or, alternatively in the case of SEIDROB, his/her institution must be an institutional partner.
