SEIDROB/SPR Award for best Iberian PhD Thesis in Robotics
The Sociedad Española para la Investigación y desarrollo en Robótica (SEIDROB) and the Sociedade Portuguesa de Robótica (SPR) convene a prize for the best Iberian PhD Thesis in the field of Robotics for students who have defended their PhD in the period between August 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021.
The prize is endowed with 600 euros for the winner; winner and finalist will also receive an accrediting diploma.
The innovation contributed by the work as well as the experimental validation of the results and the number and quality of the (accepted) publications that have emerged from the PhD that have as authors the student author of the work and the advisor will be evaluated.
Students can submit their application by completing the form accessible here also attaching the PhD in PDF format. The PhD must be written in English.
Requisites
- For Spanish participants: the student or his/her advisor must be a SEIDROB member for the year 2022
- For Portuguese participants: the student or the advisor must be a SPR member for the year 2022

Premio SEIDROB al mejor trabajo fin de máster en Robótica
La Sociedad Española para la Investigación y Desarrollo en Robótica (SEIDROB) convoca un premio para el mejor trabajo fin de máster (TFM) en el ámbito de la robótica para alumnos que hayan defendido su trabajo en el periodo de 1 de agosto de 2019 a 31 de diciembre de 2021.
El premio está dotado con 400 euros para el ganador; ganador y finalista recibirán además un diploma acreditativo.
Se valorará la innovación aportada por el trabajo así como la validación experimental de los resultados y el número y la calidad de las publicaciones aceptadas que hayan surgido a partir del TFM, que tengan como autores al alumno autor del trabajo y al director.
Los alumnos pueden presentar su candidatura rellenando el formulario accesible aquí adjuntando también el trabajo fin de máster en formato PDF.
Requisitos
El alumno o el Director/Co-director del trabajo deberán ser socios de SEIDROB para el año 2022.

Fecha límite
El plazo de presentación concluye el 30 de abril de 2022.
Premio
El premio se entregará durante la conferencia ROBOT2022 que tendrá lugar en Zaragoza entre el 23 y el 25 de noviembre de 2022.
TFGROB 2014
El premio TFGROB 2014 al mejor proyecto fin de carrera sobre robótica fue adjudicado a Fernando Rubio Perona, dirigido por Marta Julia Flores Gallego y por Jesús Martínez Gómez, de la Universidad de Castilla la Mancha. El premio se entregó en el “Second Robotics Iberian Robotics Conference” Robot 2015 celebrado en Lisboa del 19 al 21 de Noviembre de 2015.
