Specifically, in the project entitled &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Helvetica Neue;\">Learning Similarity Metrics Between Simulation and the Real World&#8221;. The project aims to\u00a0define similarity metrics between simulated and actual world based on Reinforcement Learning concepts, achieving important contributions in the capability to learn and deploy action policies in the real world from knowledge acquired previously in simulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The research for this Posdoctoral Position will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of algorithms for Multi-task learning<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of applications of Reinforcement Learning in the Financial Markets<\/li>\n<li>Development of Reinforcement Learning solutions in Multi-agent scopes<\/li>\n<li>Development of similarity metrics for knowledge transfer from simulation to real world<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-US\">A good publication record in the areas of Reinforcement Learning, Multi-agent systems, or machine learning is expected. Knowledge in financial markets will be worthy. The duration of the project is one year, to start on September 2020.
