It is organized within the 19th Portuguese Robotics Open, a RoboCup-sponsored local event. ICARSC 2019 will take place at Porto &#8211; Gondomar, Portugal, April 24-26, 2019.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The conference is organized by the University of Porto &#8211; Faculty of Engineering, INESC-TEC, LIACC, CISTER, P.Porto and by the Portuguese Society for Robotic. ICARSC has long been an IEEE co-sponsored event with its proceedings indexed in IEEExplore and in Scopus. Moreover, similarly to previous editions, special sections in top, indexed journals will be set up to accommodate the publication of extended versions of selected papers.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ICARSC is typically organized in a single track to favor discussion and interactions, accompanied by poster sessions and keynote speeches. Contributions from the academy, industry, and outputs from the collaboration between industrial and academic R&amp;D units are welcome.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ICARSC 2019 will feature invited talks from Bruno Siciliano (PRISMA Lab, University of Naples Federico II, Italy) on &#8220;Robotic Dynamic Manipulation&#8221;, Pedro U. Lima (Institute for Systems and Robotics, Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico, U.
